MARIANNE OLDHAM
Founder and Artistic Director
Marianne is a director, actor and theatre maker with an MA in Directing Circus.
Trained originally at Bristol Old Vic theatre school, she has had a full and varied career so far as an actor. including playing various leads at Shakespeares Globe Theatre; working with Cheek by Jowl at the Barbican Theatre and internationally; at the Old Vic Theatre; the Wyndhams and Novello theatre in the West End and many other national venues.
Nominated for the UK theatre Awards, the Stage Awards, the Off West End Awards, and winner of the South African Naledi Theatre Award for Best Actress, she has also enjoyed a successful career in television and film over the last ten years.
Passionate about the theatrical space, she has always wanted to work collaboratively with a company and discover new possibilities.

Garyn Wiggins
Associate Artist, Aerialist & Circus Lead
Garyn is a circus and theatre performer with a passion for storytelling and character acting. He brings positivity and energy to group projects and values teamwork above all else.
Some of his highlights so far include performing at London theatres such as The Royal Albert Hall, touring with big top circuses and working across Europe by land and sea as a dancer and circus artist.
Max Keeble
Associate Artist, Actor and Movement lead
Max is an actor and acting teacher who focuses on giving and enabling his students to give performances that are totally embodied.
Max trained at the Drama Centre before working across theatre, film, TV and radio whilst also teaching across the major drama schools in the UK.
Nancy Kettle
Associate Artist, Dance Lead
Nancy is a movement artist based in London and performs, makes, choreographs, movement directs and teaches within dance and theatre settings.
Her work and interests sit in how human experiences can be fully expressed and transformed. Nancy is trained in Pure Movement, contemporary dance, contact improvisation, Laban and social dances of the swing era.
She is currently an artist in residence at Clarence Space Mews, London.
Chris Mann
Associate Artist, Visual Lead
Chris is a visual poet. He trained and worked as an actor before realising he was much more aligned with putting boxes around things.
His portrait work is honest, alive and insightful, and these are the qualities he strives to find in any piece of work regardless of the medium.

KATHRYN BOND
Associate Artist, Social Media Lead
Kathryn is an actress, comic and writer. When not making shows with other theatre companies she is gigging her own unique comedy shows that combine stand up and character comedy. Kat wrote and performed in CBBC's Bafta award winning 'Class Dismissed'.
She won the Funny Women Comedy Writing Award 2021 and has been developing scripts for TV. She is also a trained improviser with the Free Association.
SIMON SCARDIFIELD
Associate Artist, Clowning Lead
Simon is an actor and playwright, and an unforgettable clown. He trained at Guildhall School of Music and Drama, and at Philippe Gaulier in Paris after reading Modern Languages at St John’s College, Cambridge. Nominated for the UK Theatre Awards in 2013, he has worked notably for the RSC, Shakespeares Globe, and Propeller Theatre Company.
He writes plays for BBC Radio 4, and has translated plays for the RSC, The Almeida, The National Theatre, the Young Vic, and the Donmar Warehouse.
He teaches at Central School, LAMDA, and Shakespeare’s Globe.
OLIVIA TETLOW
Associate Producer
Olivia is a dedicated producer and general manager working across the UK with innovative artists and companies that centre inclusivity and wonder in the work they make.
She is committed to making a positive change in the collaborative process and holding space to interrogate what best practice truly means in the creative sector. Her approach centres around accessibility and joy, exchanging knowledge and lived experience to do so.
Alongside working with Out of Line , Olivia is an Associate at BAP! and General Manager of Viv Gordon Company.
WITNEY WHITE
Associate Artist, Assistant Director
Witney is an actor and budding assistant director and has been seen on stage at venues such as The National Theatre and The Old Vic, primarily in new and original work. Witney has also worked on TV shows for the BBC and ITV. She loves being part of a collaborative environment where the actors, writers and directors work closely together to create innovative shows.
Witney assisted at LAMDA for one of the final showcases for the third years and is often found in a workshop room for new and exciting projects.
Scott Brooksbank
Associate Artist, Text & Voice Lead
Scott trained at Guildhall School of Music & Drama, where he recently returned as a project director. He also teaches and directs for Rose Bruford, Fourth Monkey, Central, LAMDA and Drama Studio London, and is a workshop leader and storyteller for the education department at Shakespeare's Globe.
He is a leading member and Associate Director of experimental theatre company The Factory.
